生物降解塑料项目简介
随着塑料工业的发展，越来越多的塑料制品被用于工业和农业，也因此产生了一系列的问题，一方面，由于大部分塑料制品的不可降解性或者不完全的降解性，而造成了白色污染，恶化了环境，影响了生态平衡，另一方面，以石油为原料的塑料工业，由于石油资源逐渐减少，甚至原料短缺，势必成本上升。
随着生物降解塑料的产生，上述问题便得到了很好的解决，首先，生物降解塑料是完全可以降解的，不会产生任何的污染，其次，生物降解塑料的主要原料淀粉是再生资源，永不枯竭，因此生物降解塑料已引起人们的极大关注。目前世界发达国家对农业、包装和其它领域内使用的生物降解塑料进行了广泛的研究，并已完成了一系列的工业化和商业化。
石家庄市世洁科技开发有限公司研制开发降解塑料己有十三年历史，拥有自主知识产权发明专利叁项。生物降解制品的最主要形式之一，是把各种能被微生物、光所能进功和化学反应的材料和助剂，与淀粉进行改性处理，通过混炼反应－挤出－切粒制备成的一种新型生物降解塑料。可替代以聚烯烃塑料聚合物，制成各种塑料制品。
例如：
1、环境保护材料：水产用材料（钓鱼丝、渔网、渔具）、家用薄膜、林业用材料（苗钵、草坪基）、建筑、土木用膜、文体用品（高尔夫球具、钓鱼竿、登山等野外制品）。
2、包装和农业地膜：包装薄膜、垃圾袋、食品包装容器、一次性购物袋、农业地膜。
3、身体功能材料：医疗用材料（手术缝合线、外科用棉、包扎带、医用薄膜、骨折固定材料）、药物缓释剂。不仅具有传统塑料制品相似的性能，而且生产成本低，在保存期与使用期内性能不变，使用后在自然条件下能降解成对环境无害的塑料，有利于环境保护，因而有着广阔的应用领域和发展前景。
